Bricktastic 2025 returned to the Manchester Central Convention Complex again for a weekend of LEGO fun. Currently the UK’s largest LEGO fan event, and newly appointed a recognised AFOL Networking Event (ANE) – one of only a handful of events worldwide.

Bricktastic raises funds for Fairy Bricks, who organise the event each year, inviting LEGO fans from around the world to exhibit their amazing creations.

Our pick of LEGO models from Bricktastic 2025

Bricktastic is a huge event, and it’s really hard as a participant to see everything, but we sent out the eager eyes of Bricks McGee to find their favourite LEGO models on display. So, here are the gems found by Mim, Amy and Sammy…

Shipwreck by Paul Clark – picked by Sammy

This LEGO shipwreck model caught Sammy’s eyes, with it’s bright colours and the clever use of the shipwreck as buildings and taverns.

Sammy selected this brilliantly crafted LEGO scene from Doctor Who by The Minifig Who. featuring the Doctor bursting through a window in the Palace of Versailles.

LEGO Aquarium by The Brick Bods – picked by Mim

Back to a watery theme, Mim’s first pick was another shipwreck – this time, fully submerged and surrounded by a brilliant reefscapebuilt by Carrie and Ian, aka “The Brick Bods“.

Forth Bridge by LNUR members – picked by Mim

This impressive 8 metre long model of the Forth Bridge was a collaborative build by members of LNUR, the LEGO train club. “The sheer size is mind blowing. It’s a classic, easily recognisable bridge, which is class engineering”.

Ninjago City by Lee Stanley – picked by Mim

Huge LEGO Ninjago city on display at Bricktastic 2025

This huge LEGO Ninjago city was “stunning to look at…temple on huge mountain, cool integration of actual sets into the model”. It was really impressive to see, and certainly inspired a lot of builders to get started on their own Ninjago city once they get home!

Clifton Suspension Bridge by Steve Guinness

Another bridge for our list from Bricktastic 2025. This one is a model of the Clifton Suspension Bridge by LEGO Masters UK winner Steve Guinness, in Bristol.

The model also featured some lovely vignettes of local heroes Wallace and Gromit – and Feathers McGraw, of course!

LEGO mechs by James Kavanagh – picked by Amy

LEGO mech builders are typically pretty novel with their part usage to get the intricate shapes and structures required, and these LEGO mechs by James Kavanagh caught Amy’s eyes for just that reason.

Looney Toons Concorde by Laura Kelly & Stephen Juby

One of the collaborative displays at Bricktastic for 2025 was a series of LEGO Concordes, each taken and themed by different builders, and the one that caught Amy’s eye was this Looney Tunes recreation, imagining Wile E. Coyote chasing after Roadrunner. It is really superbly done, and such as unusual mashing of themes – it works brilliantly!

All in all, a mind-blowing weekend of LEGO inspiration from Bricktastic – and we’d expect nothing less!
