A rare sunny Saturday in early April saw us visit the Black County Brick Show 2025 in West Bromwich in the West Midlands.
Our pick of LEGO models at Black Country Brick Show
Here’s our selection of LEGO models on display at Black County Brick Show 2025. It was great to see a wide variety of themes on display once again, plus rooms full of happy LEGO fans!
LEGO flowers by Emily Poole
This is the perfect LEGO display – brilliantly eye-catching and full of colour! Emily’s LEGO flower display takes LEGO’s popular Botanicals range and creates a huge floral artwork.
LEGO air hockey table by Alina Jianu
Alina is one of our model designers, so we’d expect great work from here, and this LEGO air hockey table is no exception! We love the hockey player motifs under the playing surface, and the functional score counters!
Vintage LEGO train display at the Twynhams
This vintage LEGO train display by Jonathan and Sian Twynham was superb to see, cleverly replicating the early LEGO catalogue feel and the (in)famous bridge from the LEGO ideas book. Certainly a highlight of the Black County Brick Show.
We loved the canal with the lock gates too!
Burj Khalifa by Bricks and more
It was hard to miss this stunning LEGO recreation of the Burj Khalifa at Black County Brick Show this year, dominating the room it was in. The photographs we took do not do justice to the sheer size of it! Built by a team from Belgium – Bricks and More – it shows the true global nature of LEGO fandom.
Well done to the Black County Brick Show organising team – it provided a brilliant day out for all ages!
