Bricks At Home - a virtual LEGO show for UK LEGO fans

UK AFOLs (adult fans of LEGO) are invited to join Bricks At Home, a new virtual event for adult LEGO fans.

A collaboration between Brick Alley, my home LEGO User Group, and London AFOLs, Bricks At Home aims to bring together AFOLs from all over the UK to share their love of the hobby. The event is free to join for adult LEGO fans in the UK.

The event will be held on Saturday, 25th July and Sunday, 26th July 2020, using the Zoom video conferencing app to allow builders at home to showcase their latest projects. Each day will see themed sessions with hand-picked builders (see the schedule here) talking us through their models.

For many AFOLs – myself included – the social aspect of exhibiting is one of the most important and enjoyable aspects of a LEGO show, and with those cancelled or postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, and Bricks At Home’s workshops and activities are designed to replicate at least some of that, with LEGO presentations, activities and interviews with builders from across the UK.

If you’d like to join fellow AFOLs online or exhibit your own models, please register here.
